Throughout her career, Wendy has developed a comprehensive understanding of the property and settlement process, having worked across private conveyancing practices, major residential developers and high-volume settlement environments. Prior to taking over Cockburn Conveyancing, she spent more than a decade with Alpha Conveyancing, Resolve Settlement Services and the ABN Group, where she managed a broad range of residential property transactions and built valuable expertise in the Western Australian property market.
Earlier in her career, Wendy worked for several specialist conveyancing firms and gained valuable experience within the stockbroking industry, providing a strong foundation in client service, finance and attention to detail.
